Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Matassa Property Services AIMS Games Morning Tea Giveaway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Matassa Property Services Ltd, a New Zealand-based property services provider.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand residents only.

  • Entrants must be 13 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • The nominated school must be a registered participant in the 2025 Zespri AIMS Games.

3. Giveaway Entry

  • Entries open: Thursday, 1st August 2025

  • Entries close: Friday, 30th September 2025 at 11:59PM NZT

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Follow Matassa Property Services on social media

    • Complete and submit the online entry form

    • Nominate a participating school

  • Incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

4. Prize Details

  • 5x Morning Tea Shouts will be given away to nominated schools.

  • Each prize is valued at up to NZD $250 including GST.

  • Morning teas will include a selection of food and beverages, either delivered or via a local supplier.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random between 5th – 10th October 2025.

  • Matassa Property Services will make every reasonable effort to contact the nominated schools via the contact details provided.

  • If a school cannot be reached or does not respond within 5 business days, a replacement school may be selected.

  • Final fulfilment of the morning tea will be arranged in consultation with the winning schools.

6. Dietary Requirements

  • Schools must advise Matassa of any dietary requirements, allergies, or restrictions at least 5 business days prior to delivery.

7. Privacy

  • Entrant details will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

  • By entering, participants consent to Matassa contacting them for giveaway-related updates.

8. Publicity

  • Winning schools may be featured on Matassa Property Services’ social media, website, or marketing content.

  • Entry does not guarantee publicity. Consent will be sought from schools before any images or names are shared publicly.

9. General

  • Matassa Property Services reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions made by the promoter regarding the giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
